Project Description

PMP were initially appointed to provide professional advice on the acquisition of this Grade A Listed Townhouse located on the north east corner of Edinburgh's prestigious Charlotte Square.

PMP were subsequently instructed to project manage a comprehensive refurbishment of the Townhouse which was to be used as the headquarters for Lomond Capital and Braemore Property Management.

The works entailed a light overhaul to the external fabric, while extensive internal changes included alterations to room layouts, renewal of electrical services including complete new lighting, upgrading of toilets and tea preps and replacement of wall and floor coverings throughout. Due to the extent and nature of the works, PMP were required to deal with some sensitive matters and obtained Listed Building Consent from the Local Authority.

Despite the tight timescales the Braemore Headquarters were fully operational and open for business on the client's specified date.

PMP were also retained by the client to project manage the refurbishment of Braemore Property Management's former offices on Dundas Street.
