Project Description

PMP were instructed to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment and linkage of two Georgian townhouses by Artemis Investment Management.

Due to additional space requirements the client took a lease on No 40 and PMP advised on the Dilapidations Settlement required to offset any liability in taking on the lease.

PMP carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of No 40 ready for occupation by Artemis dealing with sensitive listed building issues and providing technical solutions to Building Control issues in interlinking Grade A listed buildings.

Artemis required the highest quality office space possible including air conditioning throughout, feature lighting installations, specialist data infrastructure, bespoke staff areas and high quality finishes reflecting their market status and operational requirements.

Not only were the full scope of traditional building surveying services brought to bare in this project from initial dilapidations advice, full refurbishment services through to the eventual move management, but also, Interior Design colleagues worked closely with the client to realise their vision of how the building should look and feel.
